County Chairman Bill Laurent receives the Top County Award on behalf of county party members. The Republican Party of Jackson County was the Top Republican Party in 2016, and was ranked 3rd best of 72 county parties in 2015.

Retired United States Naval Officer – 29 years. Served as the Navy's head Nuclear Engineer for Department of Energy regulatory oversight of aircraft carrier construction, refueling, and lead design yard activities, including the design and construction of the Navy's new Ford Class Aircraft Carrier.
Vice Chairman - John Willock - 2017
Retired business owner, woodworker and finisher.
Served on the Republican Party of Jackson County Board of directors from 2013 to 2017.
Secretary - Vicki Amundson - 2017
Retired Paralegal.
Treasurer - Phyllis Willock - 2012
Retired Homemaker. This means John is now responsible for all home cleaning activities.
Director - Becky Franks - 2017
Home school mother of 3 boys - 1992 UWEC Bachelor of Business Management Graduate.
Manchester Town Clerk - 2017.
Served as Republican party of Jackson County Secretary from 2012 to 2017.
Director - Anita Laurent - 2015
Retired Industrial Hygienist, Virginia Beach City Public Schools.
Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
Keeps the County Party Chairman in line.
